Dr. Apgar is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Apgar graduated from the Honors Program at Washington State University, then attended Penn State University for medical school. She moved to Western Howard County in 2000 after completing her residency in OBGYN at Penn State University, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

After caring for so many women with skin and hair complaints, Dr. Apgar decided to fill an obvious void in the community by expanding into aesthetics. PuraVida was born in 2008 and Dr. Apgar became the sole owner and medical director in 2013. She retired from her career in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery in 2017 to focus on her new roles as Medical Director for her award-winning medical spa as well as Medical Director at Greenhouse Wellness, a medical cannabis dispensary she co-founded, and Founder of Blissiva, a medical cannabis product company designed specifically for women. Dr. Apgar is extremely passionate about education and lifting up women wherever she goes. Her goals for her patients are to create natural beauty by utilizing cutting edge technologies as well as focusing on health and wellness from within. She currently continues to educates fellow physicians on aesthetic technologies, business strategies and on the ever expanding world of endocannabinoid medicine.

Embracing the work-life balance, you can find her spending as much time with her twenty-something age kids as they will tolerate and traveling wherever and whenever she can, but mostly, she is loving every moment with her horse, Figaro.

Dr. Marc Estes is a Stanford trained, board-certified emergency medicine physician. He has been practicing in Lafayette for over 25 years. Dr. Estes has years of experience caring for the sickest patients and uses both his knowledge and his hands to help save countless lives. Dr Estes is a national speaker on the topic of aesthetic energy devices and regenerative aesthetics, speaking multiple times a year around the country. Dr. Estes has also spent over a decade pursuing health, fitness and wellness for himself. He has competed in many Ironman triathlons, ultramarathons and different other strength and endurance events like CrossFit and Ruck racing. His true passion is helping people feel and look better, all while extending both their health span and life span.

Suzanne Jagger, DNP, CRNA, MBA, is the founder and clinical director of Aura Aesthetics, a top-rated medical spa in Portland specializing in injectables, lasers, and regenerative aesthetics. With over 20 years of experience and advanced degrees from Johns Hopkins, Samuel Merritt, the University of Alabama, and LSU, she brings unmatched clinical expertise and a results-driven, full-body approach to aesthetic care.

A passionate educator and co-founder of Injectables EDU, Suzanne has trained hundreds of medical professionals nationwide while continuing to give back through local philanthropy and mentorship.

Dr. Rickin Shah is board-certified by the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians. He was born in Chicago, Illinois where he spent most of his childhood. He attended University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for his undergraduate degree and thereafter attended Midwestern University for medical school where he developed a love for the fast-paced environment of the emergency department. He decided to stay in his hometown for his emergency medicine residency rotating between some of the most demanding and challenging inner-city hospitals throughout Chicago. Doing residency in underserved communities, often filled with acute trauma, he developed a passion for helping others on their worst days.

Shortly after completing his residency Dr. Shah moved out of the city to practice in central Indiana where he still maintains his ER credentials and works shifts at multiple Indiana University Health hospitals. He continued his career becoming a partner in a private Emergency Medicine group which led him to take on medical director roles for both hospital ER’s and various EMS services. After years of working with patients in the acute emergency care setting, Dr. Shah became interested in other avenues of wellness, preventative medicine, and self-care. As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, he believes in a holistic approach, understanding how lifestyles and environmental factors can impact one’s well-being.

In 2021, Dr. Shah along with his good friend and colleague Dr. Marc Estes co-founded PURE Regenerative Medicine. Filling gaps in the wellness and regenerative aesthetics space, PURE quickly expanded as a leading practice in hormone replacement, medical weight loss, PRP therapy and aesthetic services. As a Key Opinion Leader, Dr. Shah speaks at aesthetic conferences around the country helping growing practices develop their niche in an ever-evolving industry. Dr. Shah and his wife had triplets in 2017. Between the kids and their dogs, they keep him busy outside of work. In the middle of raising a young family he stays active playing sports, exercising, antiquing, and spending as much time as possible at a small lake cabin in Northern Indiana.

Jordan White, BSN, RN, CNI, is a nationally recognized aesthetic injector, educator, and entrepreneur best known in the industry as The Murse Injector on Instagram. He is the founder and owner of Urban Medical, a luxury boutique medical aesthetics & wellness brand operating across two states nationwide.

Renowned for his expertise in advanced injectable techniques and cutting-edge laser modalities, Jordan is an international trainer and sought-after speaker for some of the largest aesthetic companies in North America. His clinical work and thought leadership have been featured in numerous industry publications, and he has been recognized as “Top Injector in Arizona” by Phoenix Entrepreneur Magazine and named one of Deluxe Version Magazine’s “Top Twenty Men of the Year.”

Sydney Sullivan is the founder of Muse Med Spa in Austin, Texas, and an accomplished aesthetic nurse injector with more than 23 years of experience in skin health and medical aesthetics. Richard Burgmeier, MD is the founder and medical director of Perfect Skin Center, a leading Arizona aesthetic practice serving patients across the greater Phoenix area from locations in Tempe and Scottsdale.

Erin Lucie, DNP, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is the founder and clinical leader of Luminate Clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Erin brings over 14 years of experience in aesthetics, anti-aging, and functional medicine.

She is a recognized expert in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for both men and women and completed her doctoral residency with a focus on obesity, metabolic health, and hormone optimization under the mentorship of the late Dr. Jerome Block. Barbara Franklin, CFNP, NP-C, MEP-C is the founder of Chrome Aesthetics and brings more than 35 years of medical experience and over 16 years in aesthetic medicine. Her background spans nursing, family practice, gynecology, and aesthetics — giving her a uniquely holistic approach to helping women look and feel their best.

After years in gynecology, Barbara’s patients began seeking her trusted guidance in aesthetic treatments. That demand led her to immerse herself in advanced aesthetic training, working with leading providers nationwide and committing to lifelong education. Tracy Olson is the owner of Youthtopia Med Spa, North Atlanta’s premier destination for aesthetic excellence. Originally from Flagstaff, Arizona, Katie earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry, along with dual Master’s degrees in Public Health and Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. Her clinical foundation in family practice shaped a career centered on preventive care, longevity, and improving overall quality of life — impacting thousands of patients across the Tempe, Mesa, and Gilbert communities.

Since becoming an aesthetic injector in 2017, Katie has expanded her practice to include advanced aesthetic treatments rooted in a holistic philosophy of care.
