Statement of Cash Flows

The statement of cash flows for a med spa tracks the movement of cash in and out of the business over a specific period. It breaks down cash flows into three main areas: operating activities (like payments from clients and expenses), investing activities (such as capital expenditures like buying equipment), and financing activities (like taking out or repaying loans or paying dividends).

This statement helps to see how well the spa is managing its cash, whether it has enough to cover expenses, and how its cash position is changing.
