Emily Hartsell serves as the Controller at Aviva Aesthetics. As a Certified Public Accountant, she has spent the last decade building a career in both public and industry accounting. Known for her detail-driven approach and ability to bring clarity to complex financial information, Emily supports the organization through accurate reporting, strong internal processes, and a focus on long-term scalability.

Emily holds a B.S. in Accounting (with a minor in French) from the University of Oklahoma. She brings a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to her work and enjoys improving workflows, strengthening audit readiness, and helping teams create financial systems that are efficient, organized, and built to last. Her goal is always the same: make the numbers trustworthy, the processes cleaner, and the day-to-day easier for all of Aviva’s national practice partners.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys travelling the world and pursuing various hobbies. She currently spends her time exploring the city with her camera, painting or drawing, and learning the ropes at aerial hoops and silks.
