Nathalie Futrell serves as Vice President of Operations at Aviva Aesthetics, bringing extensive experience in scaling high-growth organizations within healthcare services and the medical aesthetics industry.

With a proven track record of building structured, repeatable systems that support rapid expansion, Nathalie most recently led operations for a prominent, national brand, where she scaled the company from one location to over 30 units, established standardized processes for site selection, build-out, training, and launch, and consistently exceeded revenue and profitability targets.

Earlier roles include directing multi-site operations for other enterprise healthcare brands, as well as national and regional leadership positions at Sona MedSpa International, where she developed consistent policies, training programs, and operational frameworks across corporate and franchise locations in the medical aesthetics space.

Known for creating collaborative cultures, reducing turnover through targeted development programs, and driving operational efficiency, Nathalie excels at translating strategic vision into scalable execution while maintaining a strong focus on team engagement, compliance, and sustainable growth.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in American Studies with a concentration in Marine Biology from the University of Southern Mississippi. Nathalie lives in Texas with her husband, Mark.
