When we talk about governance at Aviva Aesthetics, we refer to the board of directors of the patform, which oversees Aviva’s overall direction and strategy. The board provides guidance on major decisions, ensures that all the med spas in the network are complying with the gold standard of patient care, and monitors the financial performance of the network.

The board also supports the executive team, helps with strategic planning, and ensures that the platform’s operations align with its goals and values. Unlike other med spa platforms in the industry, Aviva’s board of directors is made up of med spa owners in the network, which means that the med spa owners are guiding all decision-making.
