Audrey Neff Invited to Join RISE Global Summit 2026 Faculty
Aviva Aesthetics is proud to announce that Chief Marketing Officer Audrey Neff will join the faculty at RISE Summit 2026, taking place October 2–3 at Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District in Houston, Texas.
Her workshop, “Beyond Revenue: What Really Drives Practice Value in Medical Aesthetics” will give practice owners a practical framework for improving profitability, understanding valuation, and making more informed decisions about their future.

The workshop will also examine common issues that erode value, including provider dependency, weak retention, discount-driven growth, and limited financial visibility.
Audrey will break down the private equity and platform landscape, explaining how buyers evaluate practices and why valuation multiples differ between independent businesses and larger organizations. Owners will explore the considerations behind selling, partnering, or continuing to build independently, with a 90-day action plan to help turn the discussion into measurable progress.
With more than 12 years of experience in medical aesthetics and faculty experience spanning more than 30 associations and conferences worldwide, Audrey brings a perspective grounded in practice growth and business strategy.
